Semaglutide & Tirzepatide Weight Loss in Corpus Christi
Medically Supervised GLP-1 Weight Loss Programs
SurvIVe Infusion & Wellness offers medically supervised weight loss with compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide for patients in Corpus Christi, Rockport, and across the Coastal Bend. These once-weekly GLP-1 medications help reduce appetite and cravings so you can lose weight steadily. Every program starts with a free telehealth consultation, and you choose whether to get your injections in our office or at home.
How Semaglutide and Tirzepatide Work
Semaglutide and tirzepatide mimic natural hormones that tell your brain you’re full. They slow digestion, reduce hunger between meals, and help regulate blood sugar, which makes it easier to eat less without constant cravings. Results are strongest when the medication is paired with balanced nutrition and regular activity.
What Is the Difference Between Semaglutide and Tirzepatide?
Semaglutide
1 receptor: GLP-1
Tirzepatide
2 receptors: GLP-1 and GIP
Semaglutide activates one appetite-regulating hormone receptor, called GLP-1. Tirzepatide activates two, GLP-1 and GIP, which is why some patients lose more weight on it. Both are once-weekly injections, and your practitioner will recommend the one that best fits your health history and goals.
How Our Weight Loss Program Works
Meet virtually with one of our practitioners to review your health history, current medications, and goals. There’s no charge for the consultation.
Get your weekly injection at any of our four locations, with a check-in from a registered nurse each visit, or join our vial program and have your medication shipped to your home.
Request refills online, and a nurse or prescriber checks in each time to make sure you’re doing well. Your telehealth consultation is renewed every 12 months.
Our weight loss program is overseen by Medical Director Ernesto Guido, MD, and our practitioners, including Family Nurse Practitioner Andrea Holley, JD, FNP-BC. Patients who choose in-office injections are seen weekly by a registered nurse, and every refill includes a check-in with a nurse or prescriber.

Is GLP-1 Weight Loss Right for You?
GLP-1 medications aren’t right for everyone. We do not prescribe semaglutide or tirzepatide to patients who have diabetes or who are taking other weight loss medications. During your consultation, your practitioner will review your health history and walk you through potential side effects so you can make an informed decision.
Already a Patient? Request a Refill
Refills are typically needed about every 3 months for semaglutide and every 6 weeks for tirzepatide. Submit a refill request online, and a registered nurse or prescriber will follow up to check in before your refill is processed.
Weight Loss Support Injections
Some clients add vitamin injections to support energy and metabolism during their program. Lipo B-12 combines B-12 with inositol, choline, and methionine to support metabolism. Alpha Lipoic Acid helps the body convert carbohydrates into energy and supports healthy blood sugar.
Your provider may also recommend other weight management peptides, such as AOD-9604 or CJC-1295 with Ipamorelin, to support body recomposition, energy, and sleep.
