Do I Need an Appointment for IV Therapy?
No. Walk-ins are welcome at all four SurvIVe locations, but appointments are recommended to reduce your wait. You can book online or by phone at (833) 248-3747. Weight loss patients start with a free telehealth consultation before beginning medication.

Request a Prescription Refill
Current weight loss patients can request a semaglutide or tirzepatide refill here. A registered nurse or prescriber will review your request and reach out to check in before your refill is processed. Refills are typically needed about every 3 months for semaglutide and every 6 weeks for tirzepatide.
